Do you charge extra for urgent work?

Urgent turnarounds can attract a priority fee, which is always disclosed in the quote before you commit to anything. There are no surprise charges once work is approved.

Can you quote without seeing the garment?

For many standard alterations, yes. For complex restyling or delicate fabrics, we may suggest a quick in-person assessment so the quote reflects the true work involved.
