4. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times may be affected by fabric availability, workload, seasonal demand, or factors beyond our reasonable control. If you require a garment by a specific date, please advise us when placing your order, and we will confirm whether the deadline can be met before accepting the work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full on collection or delivery of the completed work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods advertised on this website. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full, and we reserve the right to retain completed items until outstanding amounts are settled.
6. Cancellations
